Terms and Conditions for Q&E Mobile Drug Testing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Q&E Mobile Drug Testing services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them before engaging our services.

2. Services Provided

Q&E Mobile Drug Testing offers mobile drug testing, breath alcohol testing, and rapid testing services for both DOT and non-DOT compliance. All services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring that employees or individuals are present at the designated time and location for testing.

• Providing accurate information required for specimen collection, including identification documents.

• Ensuring a safe and private environment for testing to take place, if on-site.

4. Testing Procedure

All specimen collections will be conducted by trained and certified personnel following established protocols to maintain integrity and confidentiality. Test results will be provided to the designated employer representative in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality

Q&E Mobile Drug Testing adheres to strict confidentiality protocols. All test results and personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA. Information will only be disclosed to authorized personnel as required by law or with the client’s consent.

6. Mobile Fee

A mobile fee will be applied to each service visit, which covers travel to the client’s location. The mobile fee varies based on the distance from our base of operations and will be communicated clearly before scheduling. Clients agree to this fee when booking on-site services.

In case of rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the mobile fee is non-refundable and may be charged again for rescheduled visits.

7. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided by Q&E Mobile Drug Testing. Payment is due upon booking of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Also we don’t provide refunds but may reschedule.

• Failure to provide proper notice or no-shows may result in a full charge for the scheduled services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Q&E Mobile Drug Testing is not responsible for any delays, errors, or consequences resulting from the use of third-party testing laboratories or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, the final interpretation of test results rests with the employer or authorized party.

10. Compliance

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure compliance with all DOT and non-DOT testing regulations and any other applicable laws related to drug and alcohol testing. Q&E Mobile Drug Testing will provide services in accordance with these regulations but assumes no liability for non-compliance by the client.

11. Force Majeure

Q&E Mobile Drug Testing shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of that state.
